A Corbi sofa produced by COR in the 1970s anchors the space. Two sculptural forms, almost self-contained.
Surrounding them, the pieces interact without hierarchy: Florian Schulz, Boccato Gigante Zambusi, Noomi Backhausen and Paul Brandborg for Søholm, Tommaso Barbi, Verner Panton, and Curtis Jere. Wall sconces, ceramics, light fixtures, vintage finds, treasured objects. A photograph by Manolo Campion, taken for Vogue at The Standard, is displayed as a print. A bookshelf holds family books and classics of French literature. On the staircase, portraits of ancestors
line the way up. On the ground floor, antique castle doors become fragments of history.
